All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refused and returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case an alternative may be arranged with support. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

m71bat offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless otherwise stated.

m71bat reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively subject to an ongoing wagering period, except in cases of fraud or system error.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the result published by the relevant official governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket) is final.

5.4 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or error that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, m71bat reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. Any winnings paid as a result of a manifest error are considered invalid and must be returned. We will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

m71bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

Breach of any provision of these Terms.
Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Underage gambling or provision of false registration details.
Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
Abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other players.
